A minimum of 75% attendance is a prerequisite for the Final/Board Examination.
The following rules must be followed if leave becomes unavoidable:
- If leave is planned, a leave application duly signed by a parent/guardian must be submitted in advance to the official email ID, afscnparents@gmail.com, or submitted in person to avoid any inconvenience.
- In case of absence due to illness or unforeseen circumstances, a leave application must be submitted within two working days of the student’s return to school.
- A medical certificate must be attached to the application in case of illness.
- If a student has been suffering from an infectious disease, a doctor’s certificate stating that the student is fit to attend school after the quarantine period must be submitted.
- Repeated absence from school without a leave application from the parent/guardian for 15 consecutive days will result in the student’s name being struck off the school rolls.
