Arrival Timings

Entry & Exit Points

Gate No. 1 (Main Gate)

• For Air Force coaches and school buses and vans.
• Cycle / Van students will enter/exit through Gate No. 1.
• All coaches will use Gate No. 1.

Gate No. 2 (Small Gate near cycle stand)

• For pedestrian students.
• Pedestrian students will enter/exit from Gate No. 2.

Gate No. 3 (Library & Lab Complex Gate)

• Parents on two wheelers / Private vehicles.
• Parent drop-off will use Gate No. 3.

Coach Details

Coach students of Classes I & II will be escorted by their respective teachers.

Movement & Supervision Rules

• Van will be parked 100 meters away from the main gate.
• Fall-in of students will be done area wise during departure.
• Conductor will come to collect the students from the Gate / Sports ground shed.
• Morning arrival: Coaches must not move until all students have deboarded safely.
• Afternoon dispersal: Routes and gates will remain the same as arrival.
• During dispersal, teachers must ensure students are boarded onto their respective buses safely before the coaches move.
• Barricading of area with barricader.
• Teachers to control the crowd.

Deployment of Helpers (5 Daily)

• 2 Helpers at Gate No. 1 (Main Gate)
• 1 Helper at diversion towards Chandan Nagar (to guide pedestrians to walkway towards Gate No. 2)
• 1 Helper at Gate No. 2 (Small Gate)
• 1 Helper at Gate No. 3 (Library & Lab Gate)

Deployment of Teachers (4 Daily)

• Discipline Committee members and teachers on duty.
• 1 Teacher at Gate No. 1 (Main Gate) – Incharge
• 1 Teacher at Gate No. 2 (Small Gate) – Member 1
• 1 Teacher at Primary Entry Gate – Member 2
• 1 Teacher at Gate No. 3 (Library & Lab Complex Gate) – Member 3

General Instructions

• Teachers and Helpers must stand outside the gates while performing their duties to monitor student safety and traffic movement.
• Teachers on dispersal duty must personally ensure boarding of students into buses and confirm that no student is left behind before the vehicle departs.
